June 16, 200718 yr maybe worth knowing also. a pickup truck leaves from the back of Pantip Plaza most days around 5pm. only used it once, they found my address in Lamai, credit for that.
June 19, 200718 yr Author Seems to be difficult! Actually I have to bring over 100 kilos from Nongkhai to Samui. Yesterday I called the Thai Railway Cargo Department. They told me they can bring the cargo to Bangkok for as little as 300 Bahts but in BKK I have to change the cargo to another train to Surathani by myself! Can this be true??? Is the cargo transportation not more modern here in Thailand? Is there no way for a train transport to Surathani without me having to go there? Thanx for helpful answers!

July 7, 200718 yr there is a company on lamui ring road. koh samui.i used them before.. had no problems. called Delco's then can pick up from bangkok and bring back. number 077 424 053 got a big 6 wheel truck. i put my house on there. well i men everything that was in my house. good luck
