zugzug123
And for entering Cambodia from Thailand, can I just fly in there? No quarantine or other requirements upon arrival? Also no visa needed, right?
HarrySeaman
If you fly you can get a visa on arrival at the PNH airport. This is a fairly efficient and fast service. You can also get an e-visa Kingdom of Cambodia in advance, which is good for crossing at a land border. I got one the first time I applied but didn't receive the visa the last two times I applied so after that I just paid the extra backsheesh at the land border. Here are the Entry Requirements for Cambodia as of November 15, 2021 .

You either need to get an eVisa (https://evisa.gov.kh/) or obtain a visa at an embassy before your trip. Edited March 4, 2022 by Caldera

Also recently the Dept of Labour has stopped converting Tourist visas to retirement or business visas in-country. Most folks are hoping they will soon bring back the VOA Ordinary visa, which you can extend for an ER or EB up to 12 months. Note to OP: The embassy will affix a full passport page sticker whereas if you order from the government site, you get an official letter and pass it to immigration on arrival at PNH. They just stamp you in. Page saved. All the requirements for entry can be seen on the top of the FB page for Cambodia Visa and Work Permit Group. I had to show my e-visa, negative pcr and vax certificate to board the flight in BKK. The electronic visa takes less than 24 hours to arrive, that probably is only on weekdays though. As others have stated, VOA is still suspended. Print TWO copies of the e-visa (Cambodia needs paper copies), one for arrival and one for departure. I recommend the e-visa as it does NOT take up a page of your passport. 2
sleepwalker999
Does it really take 3 days to process a tourist visa in Phnom Penh? Any reason why so long? Looks like I'll have to fly there at the end of the month to get a tourist visa

For example apply on Monday and pickup wednesday afternoon.
