Yep, I'm in.

I went in the 10k last year. This year I've signed up for the half marathon, 21k.....I'm feeling exhausted and every muscle in my body is aching already!

cool I'll look around for you there Alison, GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

So I'm in some decent shape right now(swimming) but I haven't really been running, am I going to die doing this? I'm only going for the 10K and be doing it as a Jog/walk.

Let's see 10 kilometers = 6.21371192 miles Let's figure on a lesurly 10min mile so it's like an hour hike. I think I can do this, even if I walk it.

Hi ozymandious,

How did it go yesterday?

I was running late and started my race a good 5 minutes after everyone else but I really enjoyed it, despite the rain.

Didn't break any records, finished the 21k in less than 2 hours which was my personal goal though.

Didn't see you but hope you had a good day. You should go in the 10k in the Mountain marathon in Karon this October...I did it last year and it was awesome but I tell you now they don't call it the mountain marathon for nothing!

Anyway, if anyone is interested in running in the future I'm sure Ozymandious will agree that Phuket Marathon is extremely well organized and a really fun day.

Thank you to the organizers and volunteers....now I just need a massage!!
