Go online to your account and you can see your  profile  your address , just print that out all bank details are there , you can black what you dont like to be seen

Very disappointed. I just read through two pages on the topic thinking that the title had a typo and expecting to read about delicious fried chicken.

In my experience the institutions that I applied to provided a list of acceptable KYC documents as well as instructions for translation, if needed e.g. the translation service needed to include certain information on the translated document.

 

I ended using a translated copy of my TMN wifi bill.
