Daily News Thai Caption: Hunt on for two tricky ladies!

Lumpini police are investigating after a Kuwaiti fireman got himself into trouble in downtown Bangkok.

The man was in Thailand staying at a hotel while his ailing mother, on a medical trip, was in a hospital.

Taking advantage of some downtown, police said that the Kuwaiti went out drinking on Wednesday night and ended up bringing two ladies back to his Sukhumvit Soi 12 room.

However not long after the ladies were caught leaving separately on hotel CCTV the occupant of the room was incoherent claiming all sorts of things.

He needed to be hospitalized at the Police Hospital before Lumpini police could get any sense out of him.

It transpired that the ladies probably drugged the tourist. He said he thought it was in the coffee.

The tourist claims to have lost $4,000 and 15,000 baht adding up to 200,000 baht (which it doesn't notes ASEAN NOW, more like 140K).

Investigations continue. No names were given in the Daily News report.

Why was it relevant to mention his occupation?  I mean, the story could have happened to ....well, anyone....a Wall St banker or a Saudi oil sheikh or a Premier League footballer....

Or ex Australian PM Malcolm Fraser, they even took his trousers.  (should have had sympathy but he was a stuck up arrogant prickle and it delighted many hahaha).  Maybe this guy had it coming too especially with his ailing mother in hospital, if so.......som nom na!

Being a fireman you'd think he could handle a couple of hose.

When I was single and carousing, the first thing I did when I got back into my room with company, was to make sure my wallet, and all my cash and valuables were locked up in either a safe, or some luggage with locks on it. Walla. No worries. Just a very, very basic precaution.

Those that do not take minor precautions are either too drunk, or too witless, and either way they are setting themselves up for disaster. Hard to feel great compassion. Darwin was right. Some are better equipped for survival in this world, than others.
