Arrggh... 12th, last day before holidays and offices usually busy and same day is not a rule. Even at quiet Khon Kaen it came morning next day. ? PO = post office? Postal mail? That might be too late. They expect it to arrive before due date. Your latest for report in person would be Tuesday 26th. I do online as early as possible (two weeks before due date). I was, perhaps stupidly, having lived here a long time, trying to be thrifty with the advance. 15 days early equals 60 days a year, 3/4 of an extra report! Anyway, I have proof I filed so that may keep me in the good books. I think I'll report again on 19th if I haven't gotten approval. Or send someone on the 18th to lodge it for you. One doesn't need to appear in person.
