Visa agents busted for arranging fake employment ID for Thais going to work abroad

Thai immigration had a press conference at their Suan Phlu HQ yesterday to announce the busting of a company offering fake documents, reported Naew Na.

 

A secret operative had told the police that the company was offering fake employment ID to applicants hoping to work abroad.

 

There were more than 100 customers on the books.

They would be given fake work history at any one of 60 companies so that they could use this to apply at foreign embassies for employment abroad.

 

The Don Mueang court issued a search warrant that was enacted earlier this month. Seven Thais were working at the company that was not named. 

 

The companies are being contacted so they can take part in the prosecution of those responsible.
