Rag and bone "charmer" left bloodied after axe attack

Poh Teck Tung rescue services were called to Pracha-Uthit Soi 74/2 in the Thung Kru area of Bangkok last night after a dealer in second hand goods - what Brits of a certain age used to call a rag and bone man - was attacked with an axe. 

 

Manas Maliphrom was bloodied with a broken right arm. 

 

He said that he was always getting into trouble after affairs with other men's women.

Four men attacked him on this occasion and the police told him to get a medical report before they would take action. 

 

Siam Rath reported that he is married to a 50 year old woman called Nang.

 

They called him "jao saneh" - a kind of charmer or playboy.

Apparently it was obvious he had a bit of a kicking and suffered a broken arm! 

MIB tell him to get medical report before they take action? 

Going by previous posts of attack victims, ambulances are called and 1st aid rendered.

I wonder  if it's because of the victims profession that he gets given a F#×£ off tablet?
