Pro-choice protesters congregated outside Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s Virginia home on Saturday, dressed in clothing appearing to be soaked with blood and holding baby doll toys.

...

The protesters were armed with baby doll props and were wearing pants appearing to be soaked in blood to show a future of forced births if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

Protests erupted outside of conservative Supreme Court justices’ homes in recent weeks, following the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion signaling the nation's highest court might overturn Roe v. Wade.

When the court allowed Texas' six-week abortion ban to go into effect, her anger was palpable. "The court," she said, "betrays not only the citizens of Texas, but also our constitutional system of government."

In January, when the court once again ruled against abortion providers in the state, Sotomayor went even further.

"This case is a disaster for the rule of law and a grave disservice to women in Texas, who have a right to control their own bodies," she wrote in a scathing dissent joined by Justices Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan.

The J6 protest was bad insurrection. Threatening supreme court judges is good insurrection. Do I have that right?

j6 was a serious attempt to overthrow the votes of millions of americans and install an illegtimate wannabe dictator who flat out LOST the election  through violence and numerous illegal acts and threats...protesting in front of supreme court members home who seem hell bent on overthrowing decades of settled law and lying to congress as to their position on abortionis to get confirmed is no J6.

Even though this was a non-violent protest, I don't agree with holding it outside the home of one of the Justices.  I don't agree with targeting judges in general with protests; that sort of thing can be done outside courts.

However there is no equivalence at all between this protest and what happened on January 6.
