Real lawyer, has good English, is highly professional, is able to take care of some of the difficulties in securing farang ownership, and a reasonable price.

 

Earlier this year Jeab completed the purchase of a very nice condo in Pratamnak for a married Burmese couple, who are now US citizens, that I know.  They were very pleased with the services of Jeab.

Speaking from experience, I would NOT recommend Magna Carta Law on South Pattaya Rd - quite a ripoff, very expensive and they try to exort as much as possible from you.

I thought about Magna Carta as I heard adds on 103FM but my feeling was that it would definitilely be quite expensive, which you confirm, so, won t ask them

My experience was quite the opposite. Sloppy service, very disjointed advice and extortionist fees. I would never use them again.

I used Magna Carta for my condo purchase and my Will. They were excellent both times

Condo purchase/will are basic procedures anyone can do.... But thanks anyway.

Already in touch with Khun Patchara..From 1st phone contact and her phone call after I sent an information note, she phoned, gave a list of docs to gather and announced a very reasonable price to handle the case..

Will meet her next week but so far so good. Thanks to everyone.
