Is it possible to book the Fast Track upon arrival without using an agent ?  I can find nothing on the airport's website.

It should be possible again as i see the fast track girls/boys working at the airport the last few time i arrived.

Use this company.  I don't ever recall it being bookable by individuals.

Fly in on business or first class with airlines who have this service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. 
 

Have used the Limousine company for fast track also, and their service is cheap and reliable 

Instead of creating a new thread, has anyone been thru swampy lately on the way in? hows the immigration lines? Arriving next Wed 4pm Thai time and wondering if its worth paying for fast track

I came through a couple of weeks ago.  The main Fast Track entrance is closed for renovations so instead there is a Fast Track queue to the left of the normal queue that goes to a few Fast Track counters and there was no queue,  However in the normal queue there were plenty of desks open and only a few people - maybe 4-5 deep at each desk maximum.  It was the same when I came through last month.

The airport really is no where near as busy as it used to be.  If you have access to Fast Track it's great but imo it's not worth paying for at the moment as it hardly saves you any time.

Arrived back on August 19 at Swampy and as KAL Prestige class passenger I was able use Fast Track located in a corridor on the left side of the regular immigration queue.  The female officer was very efficient and pleasant.
