The same way everyone know Prawit only borrowed millions of dollars worth of luxury watches and that Thammanat really was smuggling flour, not heroin, to Australia. ????????????

Nobody pretends with the current government. The lies/blindness only seems to occur with Thaksin.

    It's ok to hate both.

  • I used to hate this guy.  But now I would be happy to see him come back. Thanks, Prayuth.

BS - he is/was a very astute business man (yes, some will say corrupt) who brought modernization and prosperity to many ordinary folk across the North of Thailand, much to the resentment of the Bangko

You think the Thai judiciary dispenses justice? ????

You think military coups are a path that leads to justice ????

You criticise pro-democracy parties for being imperfect yet say nothing of anti-democracy parties… text book hypocrisy.

Thanathorn, former leader of unjustly disbanded Future Forward Party is on the record as saying “Thaksin should face new trial under neutral judge”, so yes the pro-democracy parties are pro justice.

Are you pro-justice? It certainly appears not, for without being afforded the opportunity of a fair trial labelling someone a criminal fugitive is itself an injustice.

Very well put Mojo!

He is a criminal fugitive. You can look up the definition.

And if you would have followed Thai politics then you would know Thaksin is guilty of many crimes - there is no doubt about that.

Thaksin ran away. He could have defended himself. He could have gone to jail and he would be probably out of jail since years. But no, Thaksin thinks he is above the law.

Are all the others better? Maybe not. And maybe one day there will be court cases against Prayut and others. Let's see.

I think it would be great if Thailand would have real democracy and justice. But if people really want that then they shouldn't vote again and again for the known corrupt and criminal politicians. It's just stupid to vote for corrupt politicians and then wonder why we have corrupt governments.

Well when he left Thailand how many billions of dollars went with him corruption at its best TIT

He has never been prosecuted for financial corruption and found guilty. He made his on money. He once owned Manchester City Football Club with his own money. His greatest achievment was the building of Suvanabhumi Airport that has benefited the tourism of the whole of Thailand. Let us not forget the antics of Suthep Thaugsuban who dodge all legal formalities and the harm he did to Thailand.
