webfact
Two of the three southern insurgents allegedly responsible for torching one of the 19 targets, mostly convenience stores, in three southern provinces of Thailand on Tuesday night, wore the flag of the Barisan Revolusi Nasional (BRN), the main insurgent group in the region, on their shirt sleeves. CCTV images from a Mini Big C convenience store shows three men arriving at the store, one of whom, wearing all black and holding an assault rifle, stood guard outside the store while the other two, who were seen wearing shirts bearing the BRN flag, entered. There were three employees inside and all of them were told to leave immediately. One of the suspects then splashed gasoline from a bottle onto the shelving and the other started a fire before they all left on motorcycles. Popular Post proton
Needs to be huge rewards offered for information, somebody would dob them in if it was enough cash. This situation is not a nice sounding insurgency, it's a war against the kingdom of Thailand and the country should go on the offensive, or cave in. 3
Popular Post keith101
Maybe they could close all the stores and put signs out front putting the blame squarely on the BRN for their terrorist attacks and see how the people react when they cant get hat they need .

Thingamabob
The BRN insurgency is ongoing and very dangerous. About time the Thai army go in really hard. Problem is, they won't. They'll just try to limit bad news to a minimum, and do very little.
brianthainess
Time for Thailand to admit it has terrorist and not just insurgents, even have a referendum to see what the people want in that area, free of fear and intimidation.

The army's carried out many assassinations and murders of their own over the years.
Stocky
Would you really put on a t-shirt identifying who you were? Maybe a false flag, someone doesn't like competition from Big-C.
