Like they did for the teacher who went up (pun intended) with Challenger... where she was telling of what she sees and how she's feeling in space... where obviously the shuttle exploded on the way up. Had it not, that's the recording that would have been played, and people of course believing that was recorded in space. This mission would have probably not been any different. When he said that I was using a teletypwriter, writing a very simple program that took the room full of transfomers and large vaccume tubes about 2 minuites to give the answer.
