Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) has started. But I have to admit that one of my favorite politicians these days is worth nearly $4 billion. Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is an essential figure in the Trump opposition, and Democrats should give him a serious look as a presidential candidate based on the leadership he is showing now. What’s so special about Pritzker? First of all, and most important, he’s more clear-eyed about Donald Trump and the Republicans than many in his party. Around the start of the president’s second term, when many Democratic politicians were rejecting the idea of another sustained resistance, Pritzker was already anticipating that Trump would govern in an authoritarian way and promising to be a bulwark against him. Others in the party now sound more like Pritzker did three months ago. -

He doesn't seem to know much of anything. I guess his "staff" won't break the news to him about the Constitution? It's not that long of a read, but he hasn't bothered? Then, his fans excuse his betrayals as "they tricked him." This was just another distraction, as he breaks all his promises to his supporters - again, just like he did the last time. See also, "Alcatraz." It's a big circus show, to get the blue-haired left-morons and the equally-clueless "still support Trump" morons to fight.- 1

Accident Dramatic Skid: Air Force C-130 Veers Off Samui Runway
Yes, a C130 does have reverse thrust with it's turboprop (jet) engines much to the amazement of many on this forum. Even aircraft powered by piston engines had reverse thrust. Back in 1964 I recall landing at a Bangkok airport in a Blackburn Beverly en-route to Loeng Nok Tha in NE Thailand. We reversed into a parking stand using reverse thrust to much amazement of the US servicemen in the area. Talking with them later they didn't believe what they'd seen 😁
