Hello everyone,

I'm looking at leaving the UK and retiring in Thailand, can anyone give me some guidence about medical cover for myself and my Thai wife, and how much per year I'm likely to pay? I'm 53 and my wife is 40.

Cheers in advance

Check out American Express before you leave home.

I use them and the BUPA premiums in the previous post look high to me.

There are local insurance plans if you are sure you will stay in Thailand.

These take advantage of the lower healthcare costs in Thailand.
