Following the police investigation, the suspects were two Chinese woman and a Hong Kong man. The male suspect was reportedly responsible for picking up the victim at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport on July 16th before taking her to work at a call center business in Lao PDR but she could not do so for unknown reasons. Therefore, she was reportedly forced into prostitution by the group by taking blackmail photos and threatening her that if she could not work in adult entertainment, the pictures would be sent to her family and relatives. On July 27th, the Chinese suspects reportedly sent the Kyrgyzstani woman to stay with other Chinese in Thailand and the Chonburi area. She was allegedly working there for two months before eventually managing to escape on September 11th and seeking help from her German friend. AsianAtHeart Posted September 18, 2022 Posted September 18, 2022 This should serve as a stark reminder for all those johns who have massaged their conscience by saying it's consensual. How do you know? I pity the poor woman's family upon learning the truth. It's too bad she was unable to find a better way out. Surely there must be a way to lessen the chances of this sort of trafficking ending up this way again. Will any lessons be learned, or only apologies given? 2

That's great; now every Chinese I see I have to suspect is a trafficker or at least a traffic supporter. 1
