You've got that one right in the first go.  This is a Nigerian scam.  Similar scams have been going on in the US for some time now.  Not necessarily with women but very similar.  

You guys are so harsh without hearing her voice or seeing the pictures he saw.     The penalty for any online scammers needs to approach life in prison or the firing wall.
