September 25, 20223 yr Lots of past threads disscusing licenses. Basically, At the local DLT (dept of land transport) if you have a license from home country, you show it, with a medical cert, and a resident certificate, do a basic reflex/eyesight test. If you dont have an existing license, its as above with an additional knowledge and driving test
September 25, 20223 yr Op if you want specific answers... help the forum help you. -Nationality / Visa type. -How long have you stayed here this stay (90 day report filed ?). -Hold a licence in your home country. -Province you are currently in. This information is required to tailor a response - as different Embassies may or may not issue an Affirmation of residence, it depends on your visa. Immigration may or may not issue a Certificate of Residence (depends on your location and if you have done a 90 day report).
