Two CNN reporters who invaded the day care center where the mass killing took place to have some "exclusive content" have been taken care by Big Joke himself.
CNN wants to have it look as a misunderstanding.

5 years jail be good. CNN are a joke.

  • I can see CNN being banned on network providers in LOS. No big loss IMO. Who watches it anyway?

must of been that hurricane wind that blew them in there.

This shows bad judgement and tastelessness. Deport or charge the two, and CNN should fire anyone who was involved in any decision to go there.

Let people grieve in private. Don't sensationalize madness and horror.

Unblurred photos of the crime scene were being shared on LINE by 3:20PM, same day.  The truth is, Thais are keen to take photos of crime/accident scenes, sometimes while holding a youngster in their arms.  I suspect some of the earliest photos were taken by survivors who were checking in with family members.....and took the opportunity to photo the crime scene.

A few years ago a crazed man hopped off the back of a motorcycle in downtown Udon, next to the jail, and slashed/killed several teenage high school students.  Same result, LINE photos were being shared....probably before police had a chance to respond.

it was all just a misunderstanding officer '    now take this envelope and all the best  !

Jail time will never happen, we all know this.

I don't even trust myself......lol......

My point is CNN paid for "reporters" to come to LOS. They didn't send Billy and Cindi, they sent experienced clowns.

These clowns know the law.

as they say.......................there's more to the story.

Because it's an American company, we WILL learn the story (true or false).   If anywhere else in the world, the article would land you in jail for 10 years even if true.

Could you imagine 365 coverage of CNN basically telling Americans NOT to come to LOS?  Yea, there's way too much money lost and tourists lost if they put these jokers behind bars.  Since the entire world follows America, Thailand would have a tourist problem.

But CNN isnt going to do that , have 365 coverage telling people not to visit Thailand . And even if they did , just how many people would decide not to visit a Country just because a television programme tells them not to ?

Also, the whole World doesn't follow the USA and tourists still visited Countries like Cuba and Vietnam , even when the USA had hostilities with them

it was all just a big misunderstanding .....   this happens all the time in Thailand ... it's the hub of misunderstandings.

I don't think so, but, just for entertainment value, since when, and in which areas?

Speak for yourself.  'Inside Politics' and 'State of the Union' is required Sunday viewing.  I do miss 'Reliable Sources' though.

I think you're confusing it with Fox News.  CNN International has comparatively big audiences, even if most are forced to watch it in airports!

So that makes them guilty? You're certainly one to give someone you worship the benefit of the doubt to an extreme degree so maybe you should apply some of the benevolence in this case...:coffee1:

Did I say that?  No, I didn't.

Someone must have taken their foot off of the brake, or was it a microsleep that occurred by those securing the scene, and allowed them to just enter the building un-escorted......

I suspect that three thai police or health dept staff did say ok you can go in but they didn't have that authority as usually happens in thailand. Everyone speaks or comments on areas or issues outside their responsibility.  I would be surprised if CNN didn't have the camera rolling when they were told its ok to go in.  Now the top officials are back tracking to save face as it is a horrendous crime and pressure is on them about how the crime happened and what anyone knew ahead of it

With that said it was in Extremely Poor Judgment to go inside and film by CNN and also by the thai's people that took pics and posted them on line. There is no privacy anymore and too many feel they are entitled to know all and see that happens in situations like this

No CNN is terrible now.

So the police does not like CNN snooping around!

Just wondering why,are they afraid a few cans of worms are going to be opened?

Maybe they will dig up something that the Thai Police does not

really want the world to know?

Nothing to do with what the CNN crew did, sure it is being used as an excuse but that is not the reason?
