webfact
Picture: Thai Rath There were truly tragic scenes last night in a specially adapted parking lot of Wat Rat Samakhi in Uthai Sawan district of Nong Bualamphu in north eastern Thailand, reported Thai Rath. It was the funeral and cremation of nineteen of the victims of the shooting and stabbing massacre in the area last week. Thai PM Prayuth Chan-Ocha laid flowers on behalf of HM the King. Another senior palace official laid flowers on behalf of HM the King's mother. Then senior officials and members of the public had their turn before the coffins were laid out. The first to be consumed in the fire was the body of a teacher with her unborn child. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-10-12 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m.
