Chiang Rai – Hundreds of tourists have visited the Tham Luang – Khun Nam Nang Non National Park in Chiang Rai on the first day of the reopening of the cave famous for the rescue of a team of youth football players.

About 700 tourists visited the cave in the Pong Pha sub-district in Mae Sai district today (October 16th).

The head of the national park Mrs. Roongsaran Banluesakchai told Thai media, β€œThe cave has been renovated before the reopening which is now open daily from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. However, some parts in the cave are still under construction.”
