Pattaya to Koh Samet (Ban Phe Pier) and back - what taxi services options are there?

What taxi services options are there to go from Pattaya to Ban Phe Pier and back to Pattaya and what prices roughly are we looking at? Looks like Nams Taxi Service has cancelled all their other routes and now only do Pattaya to BKK airport & back.

Bolt app shows plenty of taxis that will take you there for around 800 baht

Is there gonna be any issues easily getting a Bolt taxi back from Ban Phe Pier to Pattaya?

I imagine, the same as any taxi, you could arrange for the same taxi to come and pick you up.

I just tried it on the app and it showed no availability.

You won't even be able to get off the pier without somebody shouting "Where you go?  taxi, minibus"
