Why wouldn‘t one of the big Thai consumer goods conglomerates chip in with the missing 1 Billion, that amount being peanuts for them, and make this an outstanding PR deal for them?

To be honest why would anyone watch a programme that is hosted by a homophobic government that believes sexual orientation is a choice. Sorry, but I hope they don't find the billion baht and decide to spend the money on Thai facilities or a programme to benefit the whole Thai population.
