Visa Agent for a new exit and entry stamp into Thailand, is it possible and legal?

Featured Replies

I a German on an OA Visa (can stay until Jan 23 and visa is from dec 21) and need a new exit and entry stamp so that my OA visa with a new entry stamp carries me up to the end of 2023. Is the use of an agent possible, recommendable and what are the costs? I never understood if using an agent is completly legal, can someone pls clarify, thanks!

I am living in Hua Hin, so I guess the agent should be based in Hua Hin. Can someone recommend an agent here in Hua Hin?

I would lose a whole day minimum and spend 10000 Baht on taxis, flights etc just to get a new entry stamp as Myanmar border is closed and HH airport has no international flights currently. Even Udon Thani is no longer served via Hua Hin Airport. I do not enjoy travelling, that is why I am considering using an agent.

Much obliged!

Possible? It certainly was in the past, but things have changed, a lot.

Legal? Definitely not and if you get caught out it's you who is on the spot for illegal entry!

If anyone wants to PM our OP please feel free, but I'm going to have to close this thread as discussion of illegal activity. Sorry.
