Returned from an assignment in Middle East last week, immigration queues back to pre covid levels,

as title suggests Bangkok Flight Services no longer offer options to use the immigration fast track as part of their package for arriving customers flying on economy,

any other options other than the obvious “business or first class travel”  to pass through the lengthy queues?. 

BFS lost that feature a few years back when there were too many passes being sold and the money not ending up in the right hands allegedly. You could try this company:

Well, I hired a wheelchair got fast tracked till the door of the plane ????

Jeez, didn’t realize it was so long ago I last used the service, but checking back on my emails I see it was in 2018, time flies.

The OP is talking about arrival in Thailand, not departure.

Be aware that Bangkok Airport Limounsine services don't pick you up from the gate anymore (Already for over a year) but instead you have to walk to gate D5 (oposite fasttrack immigration) where a person (most of the time a immigration officer) will wait for you with your name on his phone screen.

He will guide you through immigration.
