Visa exempt extension for 30 days tomorrow pataya what to bring?

I am going to immigration tomorrow to extend visa exempt on arrival for 1 month. What do I need besides picture and 1900 bht? I have been in thailand now for 45 days

i get tm7 there in immigration?

what is TM30? is that is what landlord submits to immigration? 

i did not get anything, they took my passport copy and they did it themselves...

i did not get any note from them...

Yes the immigration office will have tm7.

If you are staying in a hotel and they did a TM30 you can ask for a screenshot.

i stay in condo for 1 month....i did not get any screeshot from agent, so without this they will not extend my visa? i dont remember ever needing this in the past...the landlord just take pic of my passport and that was it

The TM30 can be hit and miss.

Sometimes immigration insist on it for the type of extension you are applying for .

The screenshot would have only been provided if you had asked for it. 

You mention agent. 

My partner has some rentals and the agent always provides farang renters with a TM30.

If you have an office at condo chat with then .

can i make my tm30 before i do immigration visa extension? because the agent did not do it at all, she will give me rental agreement from tomorrow, will this work? she said i need to do it myself tomorrow

that's what they look like. print it out and add it to the pile of documents. maybe make the image larger if you can so that Immi don't complain that it's too small.

Not a problem for me as I live here, but just wondering if theoretically (in case of difficulties getting a TM30 from his current Landlord) the OP could go to a cheap hotel and "Check in" for one night and get a TM30 from them directly before going to immigration?

ok went through immigration with the online tm30 no problem....she did not ask any question at all....

so probably online and phisical sheet are same same and no differen´...
