What do I need besides picture and 1900 bht? TM30 i get tm7 there in immigration? what is TM30? is that is what landlord submits to immigration? i did not get anything, they took my passport copy and they did it themselves... i did not get any note from them... The TM30 can be hit and miss. Sometimes immigration insist on it for the type of extension you are applying for . The screenshot would have only been provided if you had asked for it. You mention agent. My partner has some rentals and the agent always provides farang renters with a TM30. If you have an office at condo chat with then . Troy Tempest Posted November 21, 2022 Share Posted November 21, 2022 Not a problem for me as I live here, but just wondering if theoretically (in case of difficulties getting a TM30 from his current Landlord) the OP could go to a cheap hotel and "Check in" for one night and get a TM30 from them directly before going to immigration?
