Officials probe famous Thai singer’s land claim in Saraburi forest reserves

Officials at the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) are investigating two plots of land inside the Thap Kwang-Muak Lek national forest reserve in Saraburi province, allegedly occupied by well-known song writer and singer Yuenyong Opakul, aka “Aed Carabao”.

REPRESENTATIVES of the People Stop Apec group submitted a letter to eight embassies today (Nov. 28) on the violence used by government officials in dispersing their protest march on Dinso road on Nov. 18 and urged their leaders to take a stance on this incident, Matichon newspaper said.
