I doubt that (even) the Canadians would be thrilled to receive a Russian contract killer masquerading as a asylum seeker.

oh dear ....  hope I didn't upset you ....  I was just joshing with you.    Lol

They will be flying him out of U-tapao shortly.  I believe there's lots of empty seats on outbound flights despite them being full on arrival a week or so earlier.
