I grew up in a small town in the USA where there were 80% Jewish families. I had many friends that were Jewish and I wished them all a happy Hanukkah as they wished me a Merry Christmas, yes we all need to get along in this world.

Brookline Massachusetts? I lived there for 10 years. Maybe you were in another town however.

Erm, Hanukkah, it’s a Jewish festival.

Your assertion that Biden is not talking about ‘all antisemitism’ is based on your ‘wild guess’.

So he decides to make it about antisemitism. He must be a real ball of fun at parties. Surely he could have made that speech any time?

It's not a question of whether or not Trump is an anti-Semite. It's whether or not he exploits anti-Semitism to advance his own political interests.

Right. He's ready to do or say anything, as long as he thinks he can benefit from him.

Trump is fully in tune with a part of the electorate. If he's using antisemitism, it means this is a popular topic among his target audience.

Obviously the more Muslims you let in a country, the more people will be anti-Jewish.

Probably more true about UK/Europe than the USA.

In Europe, It's because most of them are unable to distinguish between being against Israel's policies re. Palestinians and anti-semistism.

Anyway, it's not the type of anti-Semitism which is prevailing in the U.S.

Went to Israel, the Palestinians were much nicer than the Jews.

I was shocked, everything I'd ever seen on TV/media was wrong.

Oh boy. That place is nothing like Brookline. I think your 80% Jewish population might be low.

Brookline really isn't anything like Mayberry, though. To call it a small town is misleading It's a suburb of Boston with ample commuter connections.
