Siam Rath reported on the death of a pick-up driver in Surin, NE Thailand yesterday.

A Mazda 3 was apparently driven into the back of a Mitsubishi Triton that overturned.

It happened on Route 214 in Prasat district.

Two trapped people in the overturned Triton were helped out. Thanakorn, 23 and Wanna, 50, had many injuries but were coherent.

The driver was not so lucky.

Fifty four year old Pot had been thrown from the cab and was lying dead in the road.

The driver of the Mazda was uninjured.

Investigations into what happened continue.
