US one doesn't need a US address or phone number - Google "SDFCU.org" it is for State Department Federal Credit Union. you do not need to be an employee of the State Department nor of the govenment. When BOA closed my account for no phone nor address in US, I contacted the SDFCU and was immediately given an account. They welcome us and for 5 years they have been great with no problems. -

Called at the Chonburi Taxation office
My offshore bank hounded me for my TIN number about 3 years ago. This goes a way to explaining why as I did not understand why it was so important to them at the time Luckily I had a business here about 20 years ago , the clerk managed to find my file at City Hall, CM but it was in a cardboard box in cellar. With many many other boxes...wonder how many others are down there -

Better let me call my embassy before you start testing me and if not, you better hold me down, and Im almost 70 so when you forcibly test me and I kick from a heart attack, then my greedy annoying social media child can make your lives miserable and maybe get some quiet compensation out of it, so Im the winner in the end.
