ROTFLMFAO!  It's really too bad propaganda like this actually gets read by anyone.  Unfortunately, too many of you don't know the truth about America and the corrupt politics.  You want to still blame Trump.  I'm no Trump lover, but Biden is a brain dead idiot and IS NOT running the White House.  Want to see who the filthy rich are that's destroying America, first and foremost, George Soros.  Want to cry about people becoming filthy rich, Jeff Bezos, Amazon gets 30% of all sales, he's a democrat.  Soros is a communist undermining so many things it's pathetic.  Why is the world in the toilet right now?  It's directly related to uninformed, lazy democrat voters.  Look up Joe Bidens voting record for 50 years, he never voted to give ANYTHING back to Americans.  He actually is one that sponsored taxing Social Security.  Worthless thief.  Talk about civil rights?  Joe voted against the civil rights act.  Obamacare?  Yeah, it's great for those that don't work and live on Welfare, it's killing those that DO work.  It's just another giveaway program to the freeloaders of America.  Hunter Bidens laptop?  Proof that Joe's a LIAR.  But the corrupt side will bury it.  Like I said, too many here don't really know what's going on there, but this article, which I actually read the whole thing on the "Progressive" news site is just proof that the lies are alive and well in America.

I wonder how run of the mill Republicans feel about their party's highest priority being to protect the rich from investigation by the IRS? Trump paid no taxes and now the IRS are after him. Romney paid less than his secretary in percentage terms.  The rich notoriously dodge taxes like bumpem cars in a sideshow. Very few of the Fortune 500 companies pay their fair share of tax. Then they spin the talking point that spending is the problem.

 

Republicans will soon vote on a bill that would repeal the funding of 87,000 Internal Revenue Services (IRS) agents. Funding for the agency was included in the Inflation Reduction Act, which was passed last August.

"When we come back, our very first bill will repeal the funding for 87,000 IRS agents," McCarthy said, receiving a thunderous applause from his conference.

The Republicans plan to use the debt ceiling as a hostage to force Dems to accept cuts to social security. They claim they are being fiscally responsible but voted three times to raise the debt ceiling and added $7.8 trillion to the national debt under Trump. 

 

The dems will only vote for a clean bill to raise the debt ceiling without spending cuts for medicare and social security. The Republicans will try to blame them for failing to raise the debt ceiling.

Actually I agree with "from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" as long as the "from each" part is actually done. Problem now in western society IMO is that too many give nothing but still expect to get ( and do get ).

These are 2020 figures  DUH 

Also CORPORATIONS DONT' PAY ANY TAX.

A tax on a business is no different than rent, utilities, insurance, wages, advertising etc.  IT GETS BAKED INTO THE PRICE OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES that business provides.  

Maakro here pays VAT to the government.  You didn't.  But wait, that VAT is added to your bill.

When you fill up with gasoline, you didn't pay the fuel tax to Thailand the service station did.  So did the business pay or did you. 

The fact is the top 5% pay more than the bottom 90%  With a standard deduction now $25,900 anyone earning less than that PAYS NOTHING.
