Popular Post webfact Posted January 8, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 8, 2023 By Tanakorn Panyadee Pattaya — A British man who was suspected to have mental illness suddenly jumped off Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya and swam away from rescuers, resisting aid, on Saturday, January 7th. Pattaya security officer and eyewitness Mr. Thanongsak Chimluang told local media that he was facilitating tourists at Bali Hai Pier when he spotted one boat that abruptly stopped from docking. Upon closer inspection, the officer found that one foreign man was floating in the sea, but he was not in danger of drowning because he was able to swim and was, in fact, attempting to swim away from the boat. BananaStrong Posted January 8, 2023 Posted January 8, 2023 He tried to hide behind Bali Hai Pier’s foundation post, but rescuers were eventually able to lasso him with a rope and lifted him off the water onto a boat after over an hour. at first, I was skeptical of his mental health issues (Title should have an "s"), but after reading this I've decided he definitely has tons of mental problems. Only in Thailand!!!! LOS, home of the nutjobs and land of the loud (neighbors screaming at 1:30, thanks neighbors for drinking every night and yelling forever, I'm moving in 2 months. lol. !!!) 2
Popular Post sammieuk1 Posted January 9, 2023 Popular Post Posted January 9, 2023 Anyone jumping into the sea in Pattaya has a mental health issue quickly followed by a waterborne disease ???? 5 6
RichardColeman Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 I seriously doubt he had any serious risk of drowning, probably would have floated on all the plastic and thick sewage 1
brianthainess Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 Maybe after coming back from Koh Larn, he couldn't face landing back in Pattaya, so made a desperate bid to swim away. ????
