Tennessee has fired two top officials after a report revealed numerous errors in the state's lethal injection system.

The Department of Corrections has fired head lawyer, Debra Inglis, and Inspector General Kelly Young.

The independent report found drugs used in Tennessee's lethal injections were not properly tested for contaminants.

For the life of me, I can't figure out why a country with a horrendous murder rate, has trouble legally killing someone.

All countries should modernize this method.

Quick,  likely quite painless, and the body parts can be used

to benefit society, as in eye transplants, etc. The convict

could even volunteer a blood donation just before the blade.

Win, Win. Bring back the death penelty.

Maybe okay for a mullet removal, but they'll really need to redesign that blade, or move the stocks higher, for the full head chop...
