High rise show! Mad guy walks on electric cables - he's talked down and arrested

Members of the public were snapping pictures and taking video as an out of control man walked dangerously above their heads on electricity cables in Nonthaburi yesterday afternoon.

 

Muang Nonthaburi police in central Thailand got a call and went to the scene with Poh Teck Tung rescue foundation in the area at the end of Tiwanon Soi 5.

77kaoded said he was about 32 and was angry and loud as he was finally talked down by the authorites.

 

He had also damaged electrical equipmemt that could be seen scattered on the sidewalk in media shots.

He was taken away to the Muang District police station to calm down and face the music for the damage.

 

Electrical engineers were on the scene assessing damage and making repairs.
