I have an O visa extension based on marriage. This is done in December and stamped mid January for the following year.

 

My wp is renewed annually in March.

 

Recently, changed passports. Notified employer but not MOE.

 

New contract May unless I retire...

No 

You can work and have a work permit with a visa or extension based upon marriage.
