TM30 - As the owner do I need to be there in person?

Recommended Posts

Hello

Some friends of mine are coming to Chiang Mai tomorrow and staying in my condo,  they will be extending their stay at immigration.  As I am not in Thailand will they be able with my blue book or title deed and a signed copy of my passport be able to do their TM30s at immigration?

As owner you can apply for registration of house master account and electronically perform a TM.30-report...

However, it might be possible for your friends to do a TM.30 registration themselves when having a copy of the Blue House Book and preferably also a copy of the name page in your passport.

I just did an online registration for a guest using the Section 38 app. Just needed the guest's passport and visa details and tm6 number if available. But I'm still waiting for approval. I downloaded the apk for the app from a Google search result. But you must have registered yourself beforehand, and got a username and password, and give details of the property. YMMV.
