Pattaya — A foreign man in Pattaya was arrested in today’s early hours for causing a scene at an Isaan restaurant on Third Road. Police said the man was likely intoxicated.

At 3 AM on March 23rd, Pattaya Police took prompt action upon receiving a report of a disruptive foreign tourist causing a disturbance and damaging property at a restaurant situated along Pattaya Third Road.

When the officers arrived at the site, they found a shirtless, muscular foreign man around 35 to 40-years-old running around in the restaurant shouting, reportedly looking confused and intoxicated.

A Thai eyewitness named “Mix,” 42, told The Pattaya News that the man suddenly came running out of nowhere from the street and tried to enter the restaurant’s kitchen. He had scared other customers and also damaged the place’s property, according to Mix. He was not a customer and had not purchased anything and nobody at the restaurant recognized him, said staff of the eatery to police.

Why do you assume that the intoxication was alcohol's scourge?

Steroids on their own bad enough never mind mixed with alcohol

Experts???? He is a bodybuilder using steroids and  insulin shots

Most likely shot up too much and had an insulin induced rage which also results in being delusional and disoriented, acting irrational and violent

another expert, steroids do not make a man run around irrational and alcohol mixed with steroids has nothing to do with each other other than on steroids get drunk more fast because of liver, no different to drinking on antibiotics

What do you honestly believe is the percentage of people who go out for a drink that end up shirtless and cuffed on the floor? Granted it's probably a tiny bit higher than it would be for sober people, but do u really think everyone who drinks is an idiot? Just imagine if that were the case. So get off your HIGH horse. Haha. Some of us can hand our drink an not act like a t##t, or sound like one for that matter.

Maybe a couple of taser shots and a beat down would be a good lesson for him.

A other quality Tourist ???? enjoying his stay in Pattaya

If you can't control your alcohol don't drink ????
