I'm afraid I don't know.

I've searched on Google Maps and Sevens says it's permanently closed. o be honest I can't see anything on street view that looks like a bar, even going back to earlier views. You might have better luck as you know what it looked like. There is a house with a lot of boxes in the latest view in the position shown on Google but earlier views just look like a house.

As for No 1 Bar i can't even find it. If you know the address you may have better luck.

Seven's Corner, finished around 3 years ago, it is now Black House Cafe & Bar.

Number 1 bar finished a few years before that, and now, the famous massage next to it has been cleared out too.

James R. also left a few years ago, headed back to UK !

When I lived there the Corner Bar was owned by a Scottish/Kiwi former chef, they did a decent Christmas dinner.  The Corner Bar was owned by a teacher from the local school and they had a pool table. They were the best 2 bars in town. Damn. Sad to hear that they are both gone.

I am back in April. Where do people go for beers now?

  • 1 year later...

The bars along the strip near the Pullman have survived - kinda. My Bar is still there, I remember when it opened.

One of the scouse owned bars is gone. The one on the end furthest away from Tukcom at the end.

There were a lot of farang wandering down the street but not too many customers.

Sevens is a coffee shop. #1 Bar is a vacant lot.   😪

Sevens corner bar has been closed for probably more then 10 years already. I remember the days that Sven, a danisch expat, ran the place. He was basically a good guy and good fun to drink with. Too bad he left us.
