At times wearing a blindfold and a tape on his mouth, he told reporters that a reported court order against him to desist from pursuing the campaign was an infringement on his constitutional rights and vowed to appeal it to a higher court while promising to comply with any final court ruling. Activist plans to appeal the court order on Friday and to stage a public rally at Victory Monument at 5 pm in his campaign calling on voters to shun the Bhumjaithai Party.
