Alleged army hacker suspended from duty

The Royal Thai Army has already ordered the suspension from duty of Sgt-Maj (second class) Khemarat, an alleged hacker who claims to have gained access to the personal data of about 55 million Thai people. They are trying to trace his whereabouts.

Bus services increased to accommodate 100,000 passengers in next 48 hours

The state-run Transport Company has increased bus and passenger van trips to about 4,500 by making available an additional 700 vehicles to accommodate up to 100,000 passengers expected to use public transport today (Tuesday) and tomorrow for travel before the Songkran Day on Thursday.

Two Phuket taxi drivers have licences suspended following brawl

Two Phuket taxi drivers who got into a physical fight over customers have had their licences suspended for 180 days. The drivers, who have been named as Chayakorn Chaitisuk and Noppadon Changlek got into an altercation on Patak Road in Karon last Thursday. The altercation included the brandishing of a tyre spanner as a weapon.
