It is just after 8pm on Sunday evening and out here in rural Kamphaeng Phet I am still waiting.

According to the TMD, KPP has had 1.3 mm of rain since 1st January 2023.

I am in Loburi like you still waiting, at 6 am today some distant thunder, no rain forecast for the next 2 maybe 3 days.

This time last year maize crops where drilled and growing, this year nothing has been drilled no rain at all ,3.5 mm last week, just enough to keep the dust down for a few hours.

so they got it wrong again ....   like everything here.   Lol
