A WOMAN driving a sedan in Suphan Buri lost control of her vehicle triggering a multiple-vehicle collision in which she was severely injured and one other person slightly so, TV Channel 7 said this evening (May 11).

Pol. Lt. Col. Ying Kwankhao Inawang, an investigator at Bang Pla Ma police station, rushed to the scene of the crash on a road running beside a canal at Wat Pa Bang Li in Bang Pla Ma district together with a Suphan Buri Samerkan Rescue Foundation team.

At the scene they found that a white Honda Jazz sedan, a paddy wagon and a ten-wheel truck had piled up and blocked part of the road after colliding against each other. Around 50 metres away was a white Chevrolet sedan with the front badly damaged and the female driver, later identified as Ms. Kachapa, 34, in serious condition. She was quickly taken to the hospital.

See Women her often driving with one or two fingers of one hand on steering wheel whilst using Phone with the other hand. no Seat belt and appears no general observation of what is going on around them.  Add speed and poor driving skills to that and you have accidents just waiting to happen !

Well I'm blowed! Took me back 23 years to my time in UK Police Service. "Paddy Wagon" was slang for a police vehicle that carried prisoners. Origin USA:

Over half the people arrested in New York in the 1840s and 1850s were Irish, so that police vans were dubbed "paddy wagons" (Google)

Indeed... and historical termed a ‘Paddy Wagon’ because of the high numbers of Irishmen arrested ‘back in those days’

To 'often' see what you claim then it appears you would have to be in the car with them. You can't see all that in any other way unless you are very close to a stopped vehicle and looking through the window. And if the vehicle is stopped then what's the problem.
