why would they, they are mall staff. rabies treatment is for the doctors to suggest.

the owner of the printing shop in BKK told me that there are huge rats running over almost every floor at night. She said the biggest one was size of the small cat. And that is "not so old shopping mall" in Bangkok.

Why not, they got him to sign a waiver and I suspect they aren't lawyers!
