Expansion Problems

I'm not saying that a temperature of 40 and over for a while now in Isaan is hot, but this is the first time in 7 years this has happened.

Me too. I see it in Bangkok condos all the time.

 

I should post the pic of my 3 year old "high class" condo building in Ekkamai.

This has happened many times in our house. The main cause being that not enough gap was left between the tiles when they were laid. So, when the house settles, as they all do the only way for them to go is up. 

It's not about heat because we've had problems in the cool season as well.

In 7 years this is the only ones that have popped. And we have a few.

The 'fees like temperature' has been 40 to 45 for a couple of weeks, so too small a joint and expansion the problem.

But all the others are good.

This is further proof of global warming. How can climate deniers be so stubborn?  CO2 ("carbon") even gets under tiles!
