dry cough for 5 days, sometimes deep

30 y.o. girl from upcountry,  just arrived at Bangkok,  Onnut

 

No fever, but had 2 days of malaise (maybe fever) and sore throat before the cough started.  ATK twice negative (done after she felt better).

No sore throat

No breathing problems 

Possibly weight loss, but she didn't check her weight

An elderly relative upcountry suffers from bloody cough

 

Where to go and start with a check-up?

Any doctor recommendations?

Chest institute is very far away,  Camillian Hospital (used before in a similar situation) doesn't have an infectious disease doctor anymore.
