In a surprising turn of events, security footage reveals a dramatic pursuit led by almost ten officers from the Bang Bo Police Station against a speeding bus that had burst through a checkpoint.

The bus eventually eluded the police by diving into a narrow alley within a residential community, forcing the police to resort to tire-shooting tactics, reported 77kaoded.

Despite reaching the end of Soi 24 Land, the bus driver managed to outpace the officers, using a brief moment of respite to fling open the left door and escape into the nearby woods.

The incident occurred in the late hours of June 15, 2023. Officers from the Bang Bo Police Station pursued a shuttle bus driver who had sped past a police checkpoint, leading to a relentless chase and attempts to apprehend the suspect. Initially, no illegal substances were found during a preliminary investigation.

However, a subsequent report revealed that the officers found numerous blue plastic bags and 12 methamphetamine pills, along with drug paraphernalia, in the front console of the said bus after a thorough search.

The CCTV footage obtained by our reporters documents the sequence of events, starting from the beginning of Priya Soi. The bus can be seen fleeing at high speed with motorcycle officers in hot pursuit.

The chase continues along the Bang Na-Trat road from kilometre marker 26 to Ban Na-Trat's entrance at kilometre marker 24, where the aforementioned bus was finally stopped. As the bus tires were shot and the vehicle lost control, the driver took advantage of the confusion to escape into the woods.

Local residents attempted to assist the police but were too late as the driver had already fled. The police have yet to locate the driver and have summoned the owner of the bus for questioning. If the driver does not appear before the investigative officer, an arrest warrant will be promptly issued.

Dangerous driving ,failing to stop for the Police, drugs found in bus , why not issue an arrest warrant

now , the owner of the bus must know who the driver is ,  no wait to see if he comes in , much easier....
