Ruangkrai Leekitwattana does not know when to give up, if i was him i would be watching my back and trying to keep family safe,if pita does not get to be pm i think he would be leaving the country as he would be hated by the people.

suggested the activist who filed the complaint should be sued instead.

This one, and it should happen more often. But the problem is that the accuser usually has higher status, so is immune from a counter-suit.

Political activist and serial moaner Ruangkrai Leekitwattana had filed a complaint with the Election Commission, asking for Pita to be disqualified as an election candidate. He accuses the PM candidate of holding 42,000 shares in a media company, which he says is still operating, despite evidence to the contrary.

So let the evidence prove it.. and quickly.

Especially in light of the EC now accepting ALL elected MP's for office.

Quote:

POST-ELECTION INVESTIGATION into allegations filed against 82 elected MPs is still going on to the extent that any of them might possibly be deprived of their MP status at a later date, said Election Commission secretary-general Sawaeng Boonmee today (June 19).

It seems the same goes for Pita, he was/has been approved but is still under investigation?

As clear as mud news from the EC
